Heather Welker
Heather Welker has been an Intelligence Analyst with FBI’s Cyber Division for a little over 7 years. Heather is assigned to the Cyber Division’s Major Cyber Crime Intelligence Unit, which provides strategic and tactical analysis for the entire cyber criminal program. Heather focuses on the cyber underground and online criminal forums, and has presented on behalf of the FBI at several domestic and international events.
