 With more than 20 years’ experience employed in various managerial and executive roles of 8(a) small and mid-sized firms, The Lydia Mode was created to apply the lessons learned and successes achieved of many growing business ventures. With a Master of Science in Human Resources, Ms. Plummer-Alleyne has served as a Human Resource Director, Program Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
