Former Minority Staff Director, Subcommittee on Contracting Oversight

Molly Wilkinson is the Senior Vice President for Regulatory Policy for Regions Financial Corporation. She is based at Regions Washington, DC office.  Her primary areas of responsibility are developing regulatory response strategy, coordinating Regions responses and outreach to regulatory policies with federal financial services agencies and advising internal offices on upcoming regulatory trends and actions. Previously, she was the Minority General Counsel for the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee.  In April 2009, she was appointed the Minority Staff Director for the Subcommittee on Contracting Oversight.   She has over twenty years in public service, first in New York State government and for the last nine years, in the federal executive branch and legislative branch. She served in Iraq for U.S. Department of Defense, was a member of the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council as the Chief Acquisition Officer at the U.S. General Services Administration,  and as Chief of Staff of the U.S. Small Business Administration.  She is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Albany Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar.
