Ryan Hoffman serves as a Director at The Chertoff Group in the firm’s M&A Advisory practice. With nine years of exclusive focus in the Defense, Technology, Security, and Government Services industry, Mr. Hoffman brings extensive investment banking experience in both private and public sell-side assignments, corporate divestitures, equity raises, and buy-side transactions for clients operating in the defense, intelligence, C4ISR, and government technology markets. During his career, Mr. Hoffman has successfully executed over 20 advisory and capital markets transactions within the sector worth over $1.5 billion in total deal value. He has advised and closed transactions with many of the leading firms in the industry, including The Boeing Company, BAE Systems, Booz Allen Hamilton, CH2M Hill, Cubic Corporation, ManTech International, NCI Information Systems, Raytheon Company, and QinetiQ, as well as leading private equity groups including Arlington Capital Partners, DC Capital Partners, The Edgewater Funds, Snow Phipps Group, and Veritas Capital.

Prior to joining The Chertoff Group, Mr. Hoffman was an Associate with BB&T Capital Markets | Windsor Group. He received a BA in Finance and Economics from James Madison University.
