]]> “Got our name and capabilities in the hands of the right person” https://gt.gtscoalition.com/testimonial/got-out-name-and-capabilities-in-the-hands-of-the-right-person/ Fri, 08 Feb 2019 21:46:51 +0000 https://gtsc.novawebgroup.com/?post_type=ttshowcase&p=8525 Potomac Management Solutions (PMS) is a 8(a) minority woman-owned small business.  Since joining GTSC in 2016, PMS has developed and maintained some very positive liaison connections in the Federal government and big companies that have paved the way for acquiring contracts.  For example, during the TSA Day, CBP Day and USCIS Days that were hosted by GTSC, PMS formed some relationships with the representatives in the Procurement office of these agencies and got our name and capabilities in the hands of the right person.  PMS also met representatives of a large company that later resulted in a partnering venture at CBP.  PMS also met some representative at USCIS at GTSC meetings and after some discussions and sharing of capabilities, resulted in a partnering opportunity in a TSA Precheck contract.  Again, these are just a few examples of the benefits of being a member of GTSC and attending their meetings that attract High Ranking Executives of government agencies and affords the rare opportunity for a small business to meet and have dialogue with representatives that we might not have crossed their paths.
