Who We Are
Hassett Willis and Company is an organizational improvement consulting firm primarily serving the public sector. We partner with our clients to design, build and grow their organizations while helping solve their toughest problems.
Hassett Willis and Company helps clients articulate vision, build strategies for change, implement plans and evaluate progress. Our capabilities and services are designed to drive sustainable organizational health. We are experienced in all of the technical aspects of business performance as well the behavioral art of organizational change.
History
Hassett Willis and Company was founded in 2005 as a small, woman-owned management consulting firm, focused on helping public sector organizations improve their performance. The owners, Julie Hassett and Wayne Willis, have more than 40 years of combined experience in management consulting. Our team of consultants represents a diverse range of experience, from Big 5 consulting firms, the Federal government, and the information technology and healthcare industries to corporations representing the private sector.
We have developed numerous strategic partnerships with information technology, homeland security and emergency management organizations to give our government clients access to a variety of contracting vehicles and a diverse range of professional services. We pride ourselves on scaling our approach to our clients’ needs and bringing the best and most appropriate resources to bear on every project.
